What to EXPECT IN HIGH SCHOOL
CSF is proud to partner with the CJSF Chapter of Bernardo Heights Middle School for an insightful and lively discussion on “What to Expect in High School.” The panel discussion this year will be held via Zoom on May 7th, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Our distinguished panelists are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experiences with middle schoolers and exemplify the core pillars of scholarship and service to our community. CSF is delighted to feature our panelists.
Analise Murphey
Senior

Analise Murphey has been a member of CSF for all 4 years and a member of NHS for the maximum allowed 3 years. She has participated in Best Buddies for 4 years, and has been an officer for the past 2 years. She has also been in Advanced Women’s Ensemble choir for all 4 years and served on the choir board for the past 2 years. She has also completed the highest level of German and earned the bilingual recognition on her diploma. Outside of school she has been very involved in her church, teaching Sunday school to 3rd and 4th graders for the past 4 years. She is also a leader in the Youth Group program, planning and organizing events for middle schoolers. She has participated in other various charitable volunteer activities and tutoring. RBHS has been a great experience, and she is looking forward to continuing her education at Savanah College of Art and Design studying film.
Sydney Barnas
Junior

Sydney Barnas is a junior at Rancho Bernardo High School. She has been on the dance team for all three years of high school, and is currently one of the JV dance team captains. She is a member of UNICEF, Girl Up, Best Buddies and Blue Crew, and she will be taking Advanced drama next year. In her free time when she’s not studying for AP classes, she is an award winning competitive dancer, and participates in a local tap company and various other tap intensives and programs.
Jordan Sisco
Sophomore

In his free time, Jordan Sisco enjoys enjoy cooking, baking, and watching movies. He also loves animals and has had far too many pets to count. After high school, he aspires to study Veterinary medicine at UC Davis, while also advancing in math and science. He is an active participant in CSF, NHS, Quizbowl, Academic League, and has created his own volunteering club called Paws and Claws Animal Rescue. He can’t wait to share his experiences with you and he hopes they can help you in the future.
Hannah Broyles
Sophomore

Hannah Broyles is a sophomore at RBHS and excited to share the opportunities CSF has in store. She currently plays the clarinet in the school Wind Ensemble, and is apart of the Mock Trial and DECA club. Outside of class, she is found practicing Tae Kwon Do for future tournaments and volunteering in community theatre. Hannah enjoys reading and learning more about science in her free time to further understand the world. She works towards having a career in science and clarinet performance.
Ishaa Giridhar
Freshman

Ishaa Giridhar is a freshman who is involved in a lot of clubs around school; CSF, Key Club, Mock Trial, Fight Against Hunger, Girl Up, Freshman Class Council and the Vice President of Outreach at That’s On Period. She is also part of the RBHS soccer team, and participates in club soccer. Outside of school, she is a co-lead of event planning and outreach for a public health initiative, an outreach director, and part of the marketing and social media teams for several different social justice organizations. She was part of CJSF in 7th grade and was the treasurer in 8th grade. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling.
Toshka Andreev
Senior

Toshko is the President of the RBHS Robotics team, a Bronco Ambassador, passionate leader and engineer, joyous pianist, and proud Bulgarian.
